How is a recommendation counted?
We only count a recommendation if your viewer decides to watch the recommended content. If recommendations are displayed but not viewed, it does not count as a recommendation made.
What is the integration process for my video library?
After we receive your video feed, the video relations are mapped out and optimized with our ACR engine. Depending on your target platform, you must integrate your app with our SDK. Then you’ll be ready to start personalizing your viewing experience.
How long does it take to process my video library?
It depends on the size of your library, but on average it takes one business day to prepare your video library for recommendations. Contact us if you have any specific question about integrating your video library.
Will new content in my video library be available for recommendations?
Once the initial integration process is completed, your new content will automatically be processed as soon as it is added to your library. Recommendations will be available within an hour your content is uploaded to your library.
What is the difference between Free Trial & Enterprise?
While the Free Trial tier will be able to receive personalized recommendations for their content and performance analytics, the Free Trial does not include the Audience Building and Remarketing features. Enterprise customers will also receive step-by-step assistance through the integration process, on-demand support anytime and advanced data access for your specific needs.
What happens if I go over my recommendation quota?
We do not automatically stop making recommendations to your viewers if you surpass your plan’s recommendation limit. Exceeding your plan will result in a prorated overage charge based on your plan’s current cost per recommendation.
Are recommendations calculated monthly or all-time?
Recommendations are counted against your plan’s quota on a per month basis. Every month you will receive another set of recommendation credits. Recommendation credits do not roll over to the following month.
What form of payments do you accept?
